If locally grown is your preference, then you’ll be glad to know that we go the extra mile to ensure we are getting the very best ingredients from other local growers, who are just as passionate about clean, green growing practices as we are. Our pickles feature 100% QLD ingredients, and our chutneys contain a minimum of 99.5% Australian ingredients. Other local brands we collaborate with are; Hum Honey (honey); Noosa Fresh (spray-free ginger); Sev Gen (smoked black pepper). We believe that collaboration leads to stronger communities & economies.
Staying away from the hidden nasties?
We believe that numbers belong in spreadsheets, not food! You will never find any sulphides, emulsifiers or other numbers in our products. We use only natural preservation methods to maintain the health and wellness properties of our carefully selected ingredients.

Also known as the Silk Road Dreaming, we blend our hand-harvested bamboo shoots with ancient herbs and spices (fenugreek, roasted mustard seeds, rosemary, turmeric and smoked pepper just to name a few) to create this sweet, sour & warming chutney.

Also known as the “Sleeping Dragon” the Big Heart Bamboo Hot Chilli is for lovers of heat, spice and all things nice.
The feeling of this chutney is described as a slow-burning cedar wood placed upon an open fire- aromatic and warming, but not overwhelmingly hot.
